We stand behind the quality of our sleep solutions and want every order to arrive right. If anything is wrong, we will make it right.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item — Free Replacement
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we will ship you a free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases you do not need to return the original item.
To request a free replacement:
- Email official@sleepbettermd.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the issue
Our team will respond within 2 business days and arrange your replacement.
2. 30-Day Sleep Trial (Pillows, Mattress Toppers & Bedding)
We know sleep products need a real night to evaluate. For pillows, mattress toppers, and bedding sets, we offer a 30-day risk-free Sleep Trial:
- Try the product in your own bed for up to 30 days from delivery.
- If you are not satisfied, return it for a full refund — minor signs of trial use are acceptable (we understand a pillow must be slept on).
- For hygiene reasons, returned Sleep Trial items are not resold; they are sanitized and donated when possible.

3. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Color, etc.)
If the item arrived as described and in good condition but you no longer want it, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Variant Exchanges Available
For size or color exchanges within the same product, we will ship the new variant at no additional shipping cost, provided the original item is returned in resalable condition.
Return Conditions (Change-of-Mind Returns)
- Item in resalable condition — no damage, no heavy soiling. Light handling traces are acceptable.
- Original packaging included (inner bags, boxes, protective inserts). If original packaging is missing, please contact us before shipping.
- All original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return once opened:
- Opened sleep masks / eye masks
- Opened aromatherapy or supplement products
- Earplugs (any opened pack)
- Final Sale items and gift cards
- Any item explicitly marked “non-returnable” on the product page
(Pillows, mattress toppers, and bedding are excluded from this list — they are covered by the 30-Day Sleep Trial in Section 2.)
4. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a return request. Email official@sleepbettermd.com with:
- Your original order number
- Item name, variant, quantity, and reason for return
- Receive approval & label. Our team replies within 2 business days with approval and (see Section 5) a return shipping option.
- Ship the item back using the option you selected.
- Send tracking. Reply to the same email thread with the return tracking number.
- Refund processed. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we initiate your refund within 2 business days (see Section 7 for full timeline).
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval, to any address other than the one we provide, or without the required order information cannot be processed.
5. Return Shipping Cost
We offer three clear options depending on your return reason:

| 30-Day Sleep Trial (Section 2) | We provide a prepaid return label. The actual postage cost is deducted from your refund (typically $8–$25 within the US). |
| Variant exchange (size/color, Section 3) | We pay return + reshipment for the exchange variant. |
| Change of mind (Section 3) | Customer pays — actual postage charged by your chosen carrier. We can also provide a prepaid label deducted from your refund if you prefer convenience. |
We do not charge any restocking fee, processing fee, or inspection fee — only the actual postage when applicable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the equivalent amount.
Gift returns are honored within 30 days of the original gift order date. Refunds for gift returns are issued as store credit or to the original purchaser.
7. Refund Timeline
The full refund timeline from the moment your package arrives at our warehouse:

8. Order Changes
Due to our quick fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes to an order’s shipping address or items once it is placed.
- For address changes: contact official@sleepbettermd.com as soon as possible.
- To add, change, or upgrade items: contact official@sleepbettermd.com.
If changes are no longer possible, you may return the original items for a refund upon receipt (per Sections 2–5).
9. Order Cancellation
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To return a shipped item, please follow the process in Section 4.
